Big Fish Cider Co. is releasing the Church Hill Blush Raspberry Cider. This is a cider made with raspberries from Church Hill Produce in Doe Hill, and apples from Highland. While I have made this cider for years, it has never been for sale before, yet this is many of my friends favorite. I have never seen another commercially available raspberry cider, this is a really special cider. Come for a tasting, a glass, or a bottle of Highland County’s own fruits of summer!
