Wassail is now available in our Tasting Room for the 2019 season! Come by and pick up a couple of bottles for your winter holiday gatherings.

As the nights are beginning to noticeably lengthen, we are looking forward to one of our favorite winter celebrations! Join us for the 2020 Wassail on Saturday, February 1st at 5pm.  Before the Groundhog predicts the return of spring, we’ll prepare for spring following the old English customs of walking to an orchard at night, scaring away any evil spirits, and waking the tree spirits with gifts and a blessing. We toast to longer days, sunshine, and a good apple harvest in the fall.
